10 February 1935: Dr.Ambedkar paying homage to Daviddada

Dr.Ambedkar paying homage to #Daviddada. Daviddada Abraham alias Devidas Jadhav from Kamathipura, Mumbai organised speeches of Dr.Ambedkar and other leaders to bring about an awakening among the Depressed Classes.

He put a stop to the exploitation of his community at the hands of Pathan moneylenders. He had to pay for this with his life. He was murdered by men hired by the Pathan moneylenders.

Delhi government’s theatrical play on the life of Babasaheb Ambedkar

#Delhi_government’s theatrical play on the life of #Babasaheb_Ambedkar will be staged at #Jawahar_Lal_Nehru_Stadium for about two weeks from #February_25 to #March_12 #2022.

Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal said there will be two shows every day at #4pm and at #7pm.

• In January 1928, a women's association was founded in Bombay with Ramabai, Dr. Ambedkar‟s wife, as its president.

• In the Kalaram Temple entry Satyagraha at Nasik in 1930, #five_hundred_women were participated .

• The historic Mahad Satyagraha witnessed participation of #three_hundred_women along with their male counterparts in

• 20th July 1942, The All India Dalit Mahila conference was organized and #25000_women attended that conference.

The #Akhil_Dalit_Parishad was held on 16 March, 1941 at #Ahmedabad with G.T.Parmar Guruji as it's chairman. Dr.Ambedkar's followers took him in an #open_hooded_motor_car to the venue of the conference. Procession at Ellis Bridge ( Ashram road).

लातूर: डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांची देशातील पहिली 70 फूट उंच प्रतिकृती

महाराष्ट्रातील पहिली 70 फूट उंच प्रतिकृती "Statue of knowledge” च्या कामाचा शुभारंभ झाला.

13 एप्रिल 2022 रोजी डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर पार्क, लातूर येथे ह्या ७० फूट उंच असलेल्या भव्य दिव्य डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांच्या प्रतिकृतीचे अनावरण होणार आहे.

हा कार्यक्रम जयंतीच्या पूर्व संधेला म्हणजेच रात्री ७:०० ते १२:०० वा. लातूर येथे पार पडणार आहे. ह्या कार्यक्रमाची संकल्पना मा खासदार सुधाकररावजी शृंगारे साहेब व शंकरभैया शृंगारे यांची आहे. हा क्षण म्हणजे लातूरच्या शिरपेचात मानाचा तुरा रोवणारा ऐतिहासिक कार्यक्रम असणार आहे, तरी कमिटीच्या वतीने या ऐतिहासिक मानवंदनेला उपस्थितीत राहण्याची सर्वांना विनंती करण्यात आलेली आहे.
